Denise and Bryan were married at the lovely Lost Pines Resort in Bastrop. I created a three tiered square cake consisting of two tiers of chocolate cake filled with buttercream icing, and one tier with vanilla cake and fresh strawberry filling. All tiers were iced in vanilla buttercream. Fresh seasonal flowers were used as decoration, along with royal blue ribbon to match the bride’s colors. Denise also wanted me to create Chicago Bears cake balls as a surprise for her father’s birthday. The beautiful photos of the cake are courtesy of Sarah Q Photography.
