TCA contacted me to create cupcakes for their board meeting. I made 2 dozen red velvet cupcakes with red and white swirled cream cheese icing topped with sugar pearls. These were a big hit with the group!

I was getting ready to order some more cupcakes for our Christmas Board meeting in December when I saw this photo.
