Charlee’s 2nd Birthday

Charlee loves Minnie Mouse, so I made a cake inspired by the character which included a silhouette of Minnie’s head made from homemade modeling chocolate, complete with red fondant bow. The cake itself was iced in red buttercream with white fondant dots and a pearl border which I created using pearl dust on the fondant.

Ilene’s Birthday

My friend Emlyn wanted to get a cake made for one of her co-worker’s birthdays. I created a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and sugared grapes. This was my first try and making sugar grapes and they not only tasted amazing, I thought they brought a more elegant look to the cake. Happy Birthday Ilene!

Spider-Man Birthday Party

Shelley’s kiddo was having a Spider-Man themed birthday party so I created vanilla cupcakes with webs and a larger cake with Spidey’s face on it. Making webs is lots of work! Apologies for the children’s red tongues! They were probably red for days! 😉 Happy Birthday!

Sam’s Birthday

Sam wanted to have a Toy Story birthday party, just like his big brother, so I created some themed cake pops to celebrate including: Buzz’s belt, Woody’s star, Rex, Lots-O’-Huggin’ Bear, and some cloud cake pops spelling out Sammy’s name. Happy Birthday kiddo! Hope you had a great party!
