I was contacted to create a dozen cake balls with the Time Warner Cable logo as a thank you for a co-worker to send to one of her colleagues.

Katie B’s hosted their first baking class to celebrate a baby shower. On the menu was chocolate barks: peppermint, sea salt and smoky almond, and peanut butter; dark chocolate truffles with various toppings; and milk chocolate fudge.

This was an experiment trying a new flavor ~ butter pecan, half dipped in dark chocolate. These were pretty tasty, but next time I really want to pump up the pecan flavor by adding in crushed pecans.
