Aubrey & Liv’s 7th Birthday

Aubrey & Liv saw the Barbie cake I created for Mimi on my site and they had to have this cake for their 7th birthday party. I recreated the cake for the girls, making a few minor changes to it. Happy Birthday ladies! It looks like y’all had a great time at your party!

Austin Bodyworker Happy Hour

My good friend Pearl, who is an amazing acupuncturist, asked me to create cake balls matching the Austin Bodyworker logo for a happy hour. The happy hour was designed to help clients understand more about the benefits of acupuncture and get to ask questions of Pearl.

Cate’s 5th Birthday

Cate was turning 5 and wanted a princess tea party cake. I created a 3 tier princess themed cake, based on some pictures I found online, covered in fondant with a whimsical teapot adorning the top. It looked like Cate had a great time at her party, especially with a visit from Snow White! Happy Birthday!

Two Peas in a Pod Baby Shower

The mom to be was having twins, so I created cupcakes and cake pops keeping with the theme of two peas in a pod. The cupcakes were topped with candy pods and peas and decorated with a blue and pink swirl of icing since she was having both a boy and a girl. The cake pops were dipped in green chocolate to represent peas and I added color to their cheeks so they were blushing. Congratulations Fanya!

Reagan and Margaret’s Birthday Party

Baby Reagan (well I guess she is no longer a baby!) and Margaret turned 3 and wanted a Hello Kitty themed party. I created vanilla Hello Kitty cake pops, as well as larger sized cake balls in the shape of Hello Kitty for the birthday girls. I know Margaret loved hers, and since Reagan has one in each hand, I think she was a big fan of the cake pops as well! Happy Birthday lovelies!

Gender Reveal Party

Becky and Ben had a really fun idea to find out what gender their baby was and wanted to reveal the results at a gender reveal party. We worked it out so I didn’t have to know the gender of the baby as well, and everyone could be surprised! 🙂 I created vanilla cake pops dipped in white chocolate and dyed pink and blue inside with question marks on the front so only when Becky and Ben bit into the cake pop would they know what they were having. They were very excited to find out they are having a girl! Congratulations Ben and Becky! I’m so happy for you both!
