Natalia’s Birthday
Natalia had a super fun birthday party at Blazer Tag. Her folks wanted me to create a vanilla cake with buttercream icing that matched the laser invitation. I created lasers using blue, green, orange, and yellow fondant strips. Happy 10th Birthday!

Bryn’s Birthday
My sweet adorable niece just turned two! Her mom decided on a Hello Kitty themed birthday party and wanted me to make Hello Kitty shaped cake pops. I created half in vanilla and half in chocolate, all dipped in white chocolate. I also experimented with making larger sized cake pops for the birthday girl which worked out surprisingly well! Happy Birthday Miss Bryn!

Butter Pecan Cake Balls
This was an experiment trying a new flavor ~ butter pecan, half dipped in dark chocolate. These were pretty tasty, but next time I really want to pump up the pecan flavor by adding in crushed pecans.

Calista’s First Birthday
Calista is turning one and I was asked to make cupcakes and a smash cake matching the plates and napkins for the party. I created butterflies, flowers, and 1’s out of chocolate on vanilla and chocolate cupcakes iced in pink and purple buttercream icing. Happy Birthday sweet girl!
Jessica’s Baby Shower
The hostesses asked me to create a diamond shaped cake matching a piece of fabric from the baby’s nursery. The cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing. They also wanted frog and chick cake pops made in vanilla cake with cream cheese icing, dipped in white chocolate. Congratulations Jessica!

Autumn’s Baby Shower
Sweet Autumn had a fun Fall-themed baby shower. I made a vanilla cake with raspberry filling, iced in white buttercream, with fondant dot and bead accents in teal, burgundy, and orange. Chocolate and orange butterflies topped the cake. Congratulations Autumn! We can’t wait to meet your little one!

Malia’s Baby Shower
The theme for Malia’s baby shower was around cowboys. I made two different cake pop flavors, one with chocolate cake & cream cheese icing, and one with vanilla cake and milk chocolate icing, both dipped in dark chocolate. To match the theme, I created red boots out of white chocolate, with hand drawn chocolate stars, sprinkled with silver luster dust. In lieu of ribbons, I used raffia to tie bows to the lollipop sticks. Congratulations Malia!
